  • Really really bad customer service... super rude for no reason... once I walked in no hi or nothing, Zabrina said how can i help you , i gave her my insurance card and asked her if i can find a frame during you calling them... she said let me call first then she said ok they cover up to 120 $ then she came and told me we have to call them again to see if they cover the lenses... so you cant choose the frame now will call you back in 10 days and do not call us back till I call you in 10 days !!!! .... firs I checked with 2 other locations they call the insurance right away and they give me the answer in 10 minutes she is the only one need a 10 days to check and to call back , and she never call back its been 3 weeks... I know no one cares because I saw all kinds of bad reviews for this location and there horrible customer service and the employees still there no one did anything to theme and when i went to another location telling them about that saturation the said oh yes is her name is Zabrina right ??? so everyone knows but no one is solving the issue there !!!
