  • Worst BofA baking center in Las Vegas. Been here the majority of my life and I've never seen this place with less than 8+ people waiting. Always only 2 tellers and the angriest most disrespectful manager this side of the Mississippi. No such thing as customer service here. It got so bad I requested her (the managers) boss info and she refused to give it to me. Since I moved closer to this branch, I'll still drive 10-20 minutes to the next closest to not have to deal with the lines or her. How she hadn't been fired yet is beyond comprehension. If I didn't have everything set up through BofA, I would switch to Wells Fargo.
