I was not pleased with a recent service call I placed. When the tech called to say he was on his way he had an earlier time slot available I confirmed he was good to come. An hour later I receive the same phone call when I thought he should be complete with the repair - I was a bit confused - especially at the time of the conversation he sounded surprised by my response to him.
When he came out to inspect the motor he clearly indicated something was not right but did a fix and said I will probably need a new motor next time? What kind of service is that why not replace now when the shutters are not even a year old. I'm not very happy at this type of service for the amount of money put out.
