| - WARNING! DO NOT RECOMMEND!
I had a mailer coupon $49 for 3 rooms carpet cleaning. When the technician showed up, he convinced me to buy extra services, I wasn't expecting this. He said it would be $272. He told me I needed the Citrus Slam Treatment for $64, The sanitizer and microbial treatment for $72 and urine treatment for $87 because my boyfriend has 2 small dogs. He offered a discount and brought the price to $170. I was definitely put on the spot and felt I had to buy the extra services. I was told it would take an hour to clean and 2-3 hours to dry, so I scheduled this while my boyfriend was out of town. The machine broke while the carpet was being cleaned and they had to wait for another one to be brought over. This took over 3 hours and I could not leave for an appointment that I had, which I missed. It wasn't the technician's fault, but this messed up my whole day. The carpet did NOT dry in 2-3 hours, in fact, it took 2 days. This was a problem because I live in a condo and had to put some furniture on the patio and it was raining. Also, my boyfriend was due home the next day from traveling and I could not put the furniture back on the wet carpet, so he had to come home to chaos and a wet carpet. The citrus smell lasted about 24 hours and within a week, my carpet still has major pet odor. I feel like I wasted $170. The carpet looks clean but my issue was never stains or dirt, it was odor. I feel like I was totally scammed. I do not recommend this company at all. Instead of offering me some of my money back when they left, they offered me a discount for next time. There won't be a next time so this does not help me.
