I had actually forgotten about the prior incident until I was looking through my reviews. Have bought another car from the dealership and had a great experience, partly thanks to USAA's Auto Circle, which let me choose my vehicle online, get a USAA member discount, and get a trade-in price on my truck, all before I went to the dealership. I now take it there for all its servicing and they're great - can schedule service online and am in and out very quickly. Had a horrific experience with another local Hyundai dealership, which got such a bad rep that they changed their name and claimed to be under new management - now I find out it's the same owner. Yep, staying with Larry Miller.
