  • Do not I repeat do not rent from this complex. When you first look at this complex you will think, this isn't bad. Let me tell you it was a nightmare from the start. Got a call less than 12 hours to my move in date saying the apartment wasn't ready. Told them that was unacceptable and some how it was going to be ready but the manager stated, "if you need any construction work let us know". I requested my faulty outlets to be replaced 5 times. By the time I moved out, still the outlets weren't replaced. Also, my neighbor upstairs had a leaky tub so I began to have a paint bubble on the ceiling. I was informed by the office that they saw nothing wrong. That it's probably like when you think something is wrong with your AC but every time the technician arrives it runs fine. Please do not give your money to this complex!!
