  • Started out great, but as the buying process went on many excuses started coming up so they could take care of other things with their time. In the end I went through the escrow process without my agent since he had an excuse not to be there. Also listed and sold my house with them but they never actually visited the home, just sent their secretary to take pictures instead. Many promises made over the phone that never happened. Had a lot of trouble with the other agents because mine wouldn't relay messages to me from them. In the end I had to have the sellers agent put my house keys on my counter instead of mine getting them for me. They got the job done (so they get paid) but it was frustrating.
