  • Beware, out-of-state landlords. I got the feeling my insurance company and I were getting taken for a ride. Yack's estimate was a bit ridiculous...e.g., ~$450 to simply detach a brand new water heater and reset it one foot away. I believe the estimate was inflated due to the fact that it is a rental house and I live in another state. I told my insurance company to cancel and found a different contractor. This ain't my first rodeo, Yack.
