As far as the clean-sheets-and-fresh-coffee part of it go, this place is as reliable as any other Hampton Inn. What is unconscionable, especially in late 2016, is 1) that the internet access is dodgy, with frequently dropped service, making it difficult and risky to do any sensitive business-related work online, and 2) that repeated calls to desk over multiple days on each shift yielded a helpless "nothing we can do - not our problem" response. Really?
