| - Probably won't have these guys come again. Even with the groupon, I think it was over priced for the quality of the clean. Having read Elizabeth W.'s review after I bought the groupon, I made sure to specify that cob webs and dust were just as important as the all the usual spots, additionally I pointed places out that I knew we had been neglecting with our own cleaning.
First, they were two hours late and as I had to let them then, this was a huge inconvenience. They didn't call or suggest I leave them a key (not that I wanted to) I had to call the office, who didn't' know why they were late and called me back to say they would be late...DUH.
Anyway, they didn't do that great of a job, most of the spots I had pointed out were still dusty, they didn't move any of the furniture to vacuum, which was especially noticeable in our stupid white carpet dining room, and overall it just seemed completely unworth it. And after it was such a hassle to get them there the first time, I didn't feel like having them back to fix anything. Better to just find someone else.
The lady who cleans our friends house does the whole thing for 60 bucks and she is so much better. I wouldn't hire You've Got Mailed again.
