  • The staff was very friendly. We had the sampler. The brisket had good flavor and was tender. The chicken was overcooked as were the ribs. The pork had good smoked but was dry. The sausage had no smoke at all. The collars were lacking flavor but if you like pork in your greens you'll like these. The cobbler at the end was a nice touch. I'd go back got the brisket but nothing else on the sampler.
