  • Massage Heights is an interesting business. I understand that they want people to sign up for their membership, which I did for 2 years! But after constant fighting and continually needing them to reconcile my massages and elevations I finally got rid of my membership. Each time I go for a massage I need to double and triple check how many are left because I get a different answer each time which is very frustrating. I have to keep records of it & track it myself. I also do not like that they ask me to tip BEFORE my massage. I understand they want to get the customers out easily, but it is not okay to ask people to tip for a service before it is received. What if it's a bad service, but I've already tipped them?! Doesn't make sense, it also makes customers feel obligated to tip on a scale which doesn't reflect the actual service. The massages are great, I don't have a bad thing to say about the therapists and the massages - they are fabulous. The decor is nice and relaxing.
