  • This review is for the 'quick' lube service department. There is nothing quick about it. They do a good and thorough job but when I have to wait close to two hours for an oil change and tire rotation, I get frustrated. I had hoped that by expanding your service department the wait times wouldn't be so long. I was wrong. I guess you hope to placate customers by offering coffee and goldfish and keep their minds occupied with multiple TVs. It works for about the first hour. Aside from the wait, the prices are also higher than a lot of other places that aren't dealerships. That's a negative but as I only go in twice a year I swallow that one. Otherwise the only other note-worthy thing I have to comment on is your incessant requests for five star reviews. It feels disingenuous. One email would have been enough. Two is sad. Three...no. I should look elsewhere but I feel the dealership should be doing a trustworthy job and I don't really want to find out what other places may skimp on or overlook. I wish I felt better about getting service done here though. Instead I want to pull out my hair.
