  • The worst customer service. Arrived early for our appointment. We were called to have our dog weighed then escorted to a room. The vet tech was obviously not an animal person this was evident from his lack of interaction with our dog - no interaction with her at all. He did not read her paper work and went to take her temperature - her paperwork says she needs to be muzzled. We cautioned him and he made a weird comment and then left the room - presumably to get a muzzle. 20 minutes later he had not returned so we went to the front desk; after which he popped his head in the room and said we're waiting for the vet before we do anything to "him" - our dog is a female but how would he know without reading her chart. Not only were they disrespectful of our time by not keying us in to the fact we were waiting on the vet, but for not mentioning the vet was running behind. Also I cannot entrust the care of my dog to someone who can't be bothered to read her paperwork. Needless to say we got up and walked out and will be finding somewhere else.
