  • Sad to have finally paid this place a visit to have had the worst experience with a guest from out of town. Being a local downtown homeowner for 20 years, I was excited to finally have had the chance to experience this place. Needless to say that experience was so bad that I'll never give a second chance. From the moment of checking in for a table which took 15 mins for a party of 2 to not being addressed at the bar for a good 10 mins, to not being able to order waffles since they didn't have their waffle machine to not being about to order a coffee with whipped cream since they gave up their whipped cream machine to their other new location. The only pleasant thing was the foodserver who was apologetic. Obviously the 2 at the host stand knew we were leaving without ordering and should have addressed us as we left but all we got was have a nice day. If plans to succeed are in order, then this place needs to pull it together.
