  • I have made this location my go to because it's close to where I live...the days I go in there, I'm usually greeted by Erin, who is very cheerful, friendly and she is even starting to get my order without my having to say anything...but there are days I change it up to try different items. My coffees are pretty standard depending on the weather. The sandwich I usually get is easy and uncomplicated...but lately, it really depends on who is on the food station...today was good, there looked to be a more experienced girl there and my order was right. The last couple times, when I order is a bacon, egg and cheese, usually on a croissant. I can tell if it's right by the weight of the bag when I get it. There is a guy that has been working that station that, when I get the bag, it's been a little lighter than normal...sure enough the last two times this person has been on that station, the egg was missing from the sandwich...easy fix, I'm not complaining but if it was at the drive thru, and I had left I'd be pissed. But because I eat in most of the time, no big deal...they are very accommodating and are quick to just remake it for me...no questions asked. It seems there is new management and alot of new faces, I guess maybe it's part of the learning curve. I've worked in the restaurant business a long time, so, if a mistake is made, I don't get like some people and make a scene if something is wrong...I just let someone know what's missing and they fix it...I smile and say thank you, and move on...the staff in general at the Crafton location is friendly and accommodating, but hats off to Erin for always being extremely pleasant each and everyday. If anyone has the opportunity to go to this Dunkin location, look out for Erin...she has light brown hair, a great smile and glasses...she rocks!! The one thing is the cleanliness...the dining area could be a little cleaner...maybe get someone to come out every 15 minutes to wipe down tables and maybe a spot sweep lots of crumbs on the floor...that's a basic quick fix.
