  • When the window would not roll up on my 2007 Sebring, I immediately went to the dealership to get it looked at, the price was not something I could do right away, so I pulled it up the best I could and wedged it so it would not fall down. a couple of weeks later I was recommended to hand crafted car audio through a friend who had some audio work done (has an amazing sound system now) on his ride and he said they could probably take care of it for me since they are use to working with the interiors of the vehicles.I took a shot in the dark and I called and spoke with Jon at the shop, he said it would not be a problem and he even recommended a great website where I could order the part cheaper then the dealer, he said once the part arrived to just go ahead and stop by whenever and they would not have a problem installing it. Well about a week later I received the part in the mail and decided to stop by after work on a Thursday, as soon as I walked in I was greeted by Jon after I told him my name he remembered speaking with me about the broken window on my car, he said to pull around out back and they would fix it up real quick, I could tell they were busy because a couple of other cars in the shop getting some work done, so I figured I would be there a while but to my surprise the Tech (I forgot his name but he was awesome) started working on my car right away and he was done replacing the window regulator within 15 minutes, what i loved is he took such great care with the dis-assembly of the driver side door and he even let me watch and explained exactly what he was doing the whole time. after the window worked perfectly. The real shock was when I went to pay for the work, Jon said since it was only 15 minutes worth of work he said a tip for the tech would suffice for payment. Mind Blown, considering how most car shops are now a days. What I took away was that such a small job made such a huge impression on me, the professionalism and customer service that is displayed at this shop is some of the best out there, which is why I definitely will be going back for my future car audio needs.
