  • This store sucks. I've been here twice in a row to try to buy a laptop and not one salesperson offered to help either time. Today, after my wife and I waited around for 15 minutes, we finally got the manager to ask for someone to help us. We ended up getting an annoyed-acting employee who obviously didn't even know about computers. My wife overheard her saying to a colleague: "I guess they think just cause I've got a blue shirt, I can help them." She gave practically no thought to any of our questions and kept yawning while we were talking to her. We were going to actually buy $600+ worth of merchandise, but their complete lack of customer service turned us off and we left. It's our last trip to this store
