Average at best. The guy running it was nice and helpful, but the room (Do Not Disturb) really needed to be more immersive. It lacked music or atmospheric details for sure. We often heard talking out in the hallway, which distracted us from being "in the moment." The briefing really needed to be done outside the room and suspense needs to be built up before entering the room, but that is just not the style of this place. I would say it was fun, but even poor escape rooms are fun with a group of friends. We probably wouldn't go back or recommend this place in comparison to CodEscape or BlackOut.
