  • I'm actually bringing this down another star, the amount of outside noise just gets worse and worse. 1) I get that this place is pet friendly but why on earth would you let someone with a dog rent on the 2nd floor when I'm pretty positive they have to know how thin the ceilings are. This dog above my unit basically run laps and constantly plays with a ball dropping it and picking it up for hours (at least thats what it sounds like).... Oh, I am currently listening to him bark his lungs out too.. 2) WHY WOULD YOU HAVE A LEAF BLOWER WORKING AT 9AM?!?!? I work and go to school so I'm often up late getting stuff done. It is extemely irritating to be woken up by this right outside my bedroom window. It goes on for at least 30 minutes. 3) I can hear the person above me snoring EVERY night. Thats ridiculous. The walls here are just far too thin. My other complain is the month to month price increase. I am in the process of buying a house so I obviously didn't end my lease when it was up. My last place which was even a luxury apartment increased there rent 10% for going month to month. It was less then $100 more. Seemed reasonable. Here it's almost $200 more. Seriously?!?! For this place?!?! I really can't wait to leave to be honest....
