  • About 2 weeks ago I literally woke up deaf which is as frustrating and frightening as it sounds. I could have gone to the emergency room, waited hours to be seen and pay an exponential amount of money just to be referred to a specialist or find a specialist on my own that would get me in quick. I chose the latter and found ENT Specialist and very glad I did. The entire staff has been wonderful and worked quickly to diagnosis and treat my hearing loss. The receptionist named Stormie made sure my FMLA paperwork was filled out and faxed right away and called me to let me know it was done, that is customer service that a lot of medical offices seem to have forgotten about. Both the PA Suzanne and Dr. Fateh my audiologist are amazing, their knowledge and compassion is definitely comforting in a such a stressful situation.
