  • We have been coming here for years sense our son was born. We have a daughter we take here as well. Over the last year the service has become terrible. Our pediatrician is great but the official is slow. With an empty waiting room we waited for 30 minutes. Not one other person there. The once in the room we waited another 40 minutes before leaving. They called 20 minutes after that to find out if we left so we would have waited in the room for an hour to see the doctor when the office is completely empty. 30 minutes in the waiting room and the 2 1/2 year old and 1 year old are becoming restless. Imagine an hour. Or an hour and half. Ridiculous. Why make appointments if your not going to see patients in a timely manner.
