  • I found Sham's here on Yelp when my husband and I were looking to send some flowers to my MIL (who lives in Toronto) for Mother's Day. I was going through their website and was gonna place an order already when at the last minute, I decided to call them to make sure that they deliver at a specific postal code. The lady who answered the phone was courteous and helpful. She told me that placing the order over the phone, instead of online, will come out cheaper so I did just that. It was quick and easy! Their prices are very reasonable too! I had them deliver the flowers on Saturday since they don't do deliveries on Sundays and they told me that they will try to get it delivered in the morning. And they did! However, they couldn't reach my MIL when they came so they weren't able to deliver the flowers. They were nice to give me a call though to let me know about the failed delivery and that they'd just attempt again that afternoon. When I told them that my MIL was actually home (her phone was dead!), they had their delivery person come back and the flowers were delivered within 15 minutes! Talk about great customer service! Will definitely order from Sham's again whenever we need to send flowers to friends and family in Toronto!
