Rooms are big and nicely appointed. Our room 942 was on a corner and had a nice balcony. Balcony is locked and you must ask for a key at the front desk. Bathrooms have beautiful marble floors and have ample size for 2 people to get ready at the same time. Water pressure a little wimpy though. Beds are soft and comfortable. Love that the bed had five pillows of varying firmness and softness to choose from, what I refer to as the pillow menu. Room has nice work area with office chair. NIce TV with lots of channels. They claim there's no free wifi in the room only in the lobby, but we found that our code from the lobby worked in our room. Shhhh.....tell no one. Coffee machine in room or Starbucks in the lobby. No mini bar a bit of a surprise. Street noise from our room would be a problem for light sleepers(I am not) so such people might want to ask for room away from King Street. Lobby is big and has two nice bars as well as lots of chairs to sit and relax. Grabbed a complimentary cucumber infused water every time I came and went. Gift shop is well stocked with almost all the basic needs and a little extra. The downtown location is central to most anything you'd wanna see or do. On site sparking is $32/Day with unlimited in and out. Staff was friendly and helpful. Elevators were always readily available for a hotel of this size. My only extremely nit picky complaint was that there was a decent amount of dust in the room(not as much as my college dorm room but a noticeable amount). Overall very comfortable stay and i would return again.
