  • Front desk and MA's are friendly but inefficient. I was to be referred out to a doctor for pain injections; never happened. I was to be referred to a physical therapist but they referred me to a center that doesn't accept my insurance. I called them back for a second referral and it's been 2 weeks - nobody called me back. Dr. Scheneier seems really friendly and capable on the other hand. He also took the time to show me my MRI and x-rays and explain where my issue was. Maybe I will just do Pilates like he recommended instead of waiting until I age for a referral...
