  • I have ordered cakes from here before and absolutely loved them! Today we had a cake pie that I ordered for my daughters birthday and it was a total disappointment! I gave it 2 stars because it tasted great and the customer service this place has is wonderful ...I can't imagine that the quality I was given today would hold up the normal standards...I'm hoping this was a fluke...When I went to cut the first piece, it was just a runny mess...I took a picture after cutting 3 pieces...It looks terrible and I couldn't see the layers at all! It completely caved into the middle...I also felt the pies are something a novice baker could make...I've made better looking things and I wanted something special for my daughter...The layers are super thin- the whole pie is only about an inch thick- the pictures on their website are deceiving - mine didn't look anything like it and because it all ran together, you couldn't even tell there were layers- not the same quality as the cakes...Order the cake but skip the pies
