  • Horrible customer experience. Came in to sell some games. Waited off to the side patiently as an associate asked me to until another sales associate was available. When the other associate became available she just told me I had to wait for the people buying before they could do any sales. Really? I was waiting for over 30 minutes already. She was so rude and uncaring. Finally the original associate helped me and apologized for the wait. Needless to say I will never go back.
