  • I really don't know how this company is still in business. they had multiple accounts set up for my home. then didn't show up because they said I owed money but were looking at the wrong account, never made it good once they pulled their head out of their a$$es when they realized their own mistake. I even forwarded them an email that confirmed the mistakes and shockingly enough never got a call back. The bottom line is I paid for 12 months worth of service and I got 10. so I feel ripped off. I would not recommend.
