  • Horrible customer service the driver Curtis came to the house and missed me while I was working in the back next to the storage container on my boat. He came to the front of the house and claimed to have called me. But yet looking at my caller ID I answered on the first call. He was rude and demeaning. I hung up he called back and yelled at my wife and was demeaning to her as well. She claimed that my RV was blocking the storage unit. The only gate behind my RV is a 4ft pedestrian gate not sure how you would get a container out of there. Also their is a roof blocking the container and the 4 foot pedestrian gate. Now I took a picture of where he claimed the container was blocked by the RV. I will NEVER use 1-800-Pack-Rat again because the customer service they have with drivers like Curtis is rude and demeaning. Don't use them if you want good customer service
