  • It is Friday 5pm, I need a rental for 5 days, I call this location, and I'm put on hold for 15 minutes, finally I am told they can't pick me up today it is too late (they close at 6pm) and to far (2.4 mi), they don't do pick ups on Saturdays and they are closed on Sundays. I can't get a rental until I find someone who gives me a ride to a car rental place, well, that's why I need a rental, because I have nobody to give me a ride, and my car is in the shop for 5 days, and my car dealer does not provide rentals either (like they used to). Another Enterprise location (in Parma, OH) screwed me last year, they used my credit card info and some Enterprise employee charged my credit card until the credit card company called me, because they were wondering about the unusual charges. Forget Enterprise! I will call Corp. office on Monday and let them know how their branches are treating customers, and I will tell the whole world as well!
