  • There's a reason they can not climb the ladder to be a 5 star hotel. The staff are unknowledgeable. The front desk lines were unbearable with only 3 clerks available to help. There are at least 12 clerk stations but they're empty...it was a busy cinco de mayo and fight wkend. The little worker bees were snobbish until we flash them our "gold/executive card" then they become super fake nice while trying to kiss our posteriors. We shouldn't have to fan them with dollar bills to receive mediocre service. After all they are just bottom dwellers! We hired their catering service for a party, but the food was horrible! The cake was wrong! The catering manager we had was as smart as a goldfish. Then our coordinator thought like a snail.
