I went into C2 Tactical about two weeks ago or so and spoke to a Gina Wagoner the manager for memberships in group events
Give me a quote on free silhouette paper targets for $0.25 each on quantities of 100 total price is $27.03
I decided to go in today to pick up the targets and everything seemed to be okay until one of the upper-level managers happen to see an employee counting out the targets and ask what he was doing
I showed him the paper and a manager's card attached to it he read it and then asked if the manager was there and proceeded to go back to the back and talk to her
Few minutes go by and she comes out and informs me that the paper was not correct and it was 25% off basically $0.25 off of each Target with a quantity of 100
My only complaint is that the paper clearly says $0.25 and if it was a mistake they should have honored the price for that one time and said that in the future it would be $0.25 off retail price
I called back and spoke to the upper level manager that I talk to you while I was in there and told him that even though I decided to purchase the targets that was not happy the situation
I explained to him that if it was a mistake they should have honor the price and then explain to me that it was a mistake and what the new price would be
You basically implied that I might have written information on the paper and his manager didn't
I did tell him that though his showroom has security cameras all the way around and he could easily double check the video from about a couple weeks ago this see what she wrote it
One huge problem and not providing excellent customer service is respect to each and every customer you have is the customer's financial situation might change in the future
How you treat them today will determine if they decide to come back.
