  • This is the worst place EVER!!! The staff is rude and they are NOT willing to help the tenants resolve issues in a timely manner. They never answer the phones and when they do they are so ridiculously unprofessional. The maintenance requests are never fulfilled properly. Things never get fixed and if they do it takes them months. I would absolutely not recommend anyone from renting here. Your rent will go up within weeks on moving in and they will claim it is due to the processing of the invoice...WHAT!!! Why do they need to mail to me an invoice if my lease agreement states what the rent should be. Then they will try to claim that it is for utilities...WHAT!!! An absolute JOKE!!!
