  • I finally used a coupon I had for here, and can't say I'd go back. I had scheduled over email (which they provide the option on their website) a facial and eyebrow threading. First off they were 20 minutes late for my appointment. Then they proceeded to tell me that the person that did eyebrows was in India, so I could only have half of my treatment done. That upset me since this place is across the city for me. The facial I received was ok....for the money not bad. I don't think I'll return for my other treatment, and try to obtain a refund for the remaining credits I have for this "spa".
