  • Awesome! Kennywood is a great park for families and thrill seekers alike! We really appreciated the variety of rides, the historic wooden coasters are surprisingly smooth and have fantastic air time moments, and the newer rides are just as fun. The only issue we experienced was the lack of motivation from the staff. They moved slowly, never smiled, and acted like zombies, weakly checking the restraints, and reciting "Have a great day", in a monotone voice as you would exit. I understand that the staff generally consists of teenagers, but you should really work on some morale activities or something. I'm 16 myself, and was surprised by their attitudes. Be happy! But overall, our visit was great, and I'd highly recommend Kennywood to any family or group of friends in the Pittsburgh area.
