  • I was trying to get my adult son's DROID phone repaired (it wouldn't take a charge) and found that few places worked on them. I had 2 recommendations for this business including one from a competitor so I went to their Tempe location. Their rep seemed very interested in seeing if they could fix the problem and took it to the back to try. He came back and explained that the problem could not be repaired but that it was possible to use a wireless charger. While they had wireless chargers there, he said that my son's phone didn't need one as sophisticated as the ones they had in stock and that we could get one for about $20 dollars. His interest in CUSTOMER SERVICE was most welcome.
