  • Horrible shopping experience. None of the associates look happy to be there. When I asked to speak to the store manager Karen I had to wait a good 15 min. When she finally acknowledged me she did not want to deal with me she had a terrible attitude. Apparently when you purchase anything on promotion you cannot exchange any of the items you purchased. They have no signs with fine print that say that. They did not mention the return policy to me prior to ringing up my purchase. As I was waiting for Karen the store manager I saw three purchases go through and they never mentioned the policy to those customers either. I hope they don't have to exchange anything or they will be in for a rude surprise. Although she did end up exchanging the bracelet it was in bad taste. She claimed to run to the back to call "corporate" and ask for permission. She did not come back out to finish fixing my issue she sent a different associate to tell me that this was a one time favor. She was right about it being the last time because I will never shop there again.
