  • I'd literally spent hours and hours searching online for ideas to update our living room. I'd grown tired of our traditional "Tuscan" look and was ready for a transitional modern look. I checked out numerous local furniture stores in the greater SE valley, but found absolutely nothing that fit my criteria. By pure happenstance one afternoon while I was driving to a work appointment in Gilbert, I remembered Norwood Furniture. I had never been inside, so was pleasantly surprised when I walked in to discover a large beautiful show room, filled with high end furniture, accessories and rugs. The difference was immediately palpable from what I'd seen elsewhere. Apparently it was my lucky day because the amazing Janet Dunlap, certified interior designer, introduced herself and subsequently spent the next 1.5 hours with me patiently helping me pick color schemes, patterns and ultimately a new modern couch, chair, pillows, accent table and rugs; I felt like I had my own personal interior designer! I couldn't be happier with the final result! Our living room looks like something you'd find in a model home. Go check them out if you're looking for high quality furnishings with a consultative, no pressure, sales approach. I highly recommend Norwood and will return for future purchases. Be sure to ask for Janet! :)
