  • One of the nicest Starbucks I've ever been to!! First off, this location is just down the street from my place and is just a few minute walk for me. Located at the corner of 19th and W Thunderbird Road, this is the ideal spot for busy people to make a quick pick-me-up drinks. They don't have the biggest parking lot, but do have a good amount of spots. I've never been here and every spot was filled. Seems like most people use the drive-thru. Inside is well organized and clean. Every single time I've been in this location, all tables have been cleaned and chairs wiped down. Trash cans are well taken care of and emptied before they get so full that you can't put anymore trash in them. Sugar and milk cans are always filled for their customers. Bathrooms are used by both men and ladies. So, was very pleasantly surprised that they were well kept up with. Very clean looking and always smells they they just freshly cleaned them. Toilet paper along with the soap and paper towels are always stocked as well. Most of all, I really appreciate the the way the staff are always so happy and in a good attitude. They always greet me when I enter and take my order with a smile. They give suggestions when I ask about new drinks and are very knowledgeable about all the drinks. They are very efficient and get your drinks/food out in a very timely manner. So glad this is my new "home" Starbucks :)
