I was greeted by security upon entry. But after that, you would've thought I was invisible. I wasn't greeted again despite being in the vicinity of several employees. I looked lost as I attempted to find what I went there to purchase (yes, I was prepared to BUY). I eventually went on the hunt for an employee. I honestly felt that the employees I did encounter were avoiding making eye contact with me because that would lead to them actually having to do their "job." What a concept. I was just about to walk out of the store when my BF cornered an employee for help. She assisted us (they didn't have what I wanted) and suggested a different store to try. I appreciated her assistance and she was friendly. However, overall they offered very poor customer service in comparison to other Best Buys I have been to. I won't be going back, thank goodness. I happen to have a good one in my hometown.
