  • I went to the location on 75th Ave & McDowell a few months back and purchased an expensive buff and wax package. Part of the deal was a gift card for a "Super Doper" wash ($16 value). Today I went to go use that gift card, only to be told it had a $0 balance. After a few questions, the manager at this location (75th Ave & Lower Buckeye) took care of it for me. I'm glad he did but now I'm a bit skeptical of their business techniques.
