  • This company is a joke and so are there agents. I received a bill in Jan for insurance we never signed up for nor ever asked for a quote. Called spoke to a woman she apologized that she had no idea how it happened. Promised it would be taken care of. Now I am getting notices from a collection company regarding this bill and bogus policy. I was told that the Agents name is Rick Amador. After some investigation I found out that Rick is the broker of our Realtor we bought our house from. Called the company and now I am getting the run around and now there is no record of me calling. I will be calling the AZ Dept of Insurance and Real Estate regarding this account set up fraudulently. To bad you can't give them Zero stars! Do not use Rick Amador as a broker or insurance agent apparently he will set you up with a policy with out even asking for one!
