  • Farah delivers on her promises! After my dog and I had suffered severe Arizona Bark Scorpion stings, I spent hours researching their physiology and habits and many more hours night stalking them with black light flashlights and killing them with a mallet. Sensing the futility of my efforts and unwilling to devote my life to scorpion eradication, I contacted Progressive and explained my situation to Farah. She immediately arranged scorpion service appropriate to the level of infestation I described (even told me I did not need the most expensive scorpion service) and promised immediate follow up if I saw a scorpion. I did not see any live scorpions until about a week after the initial service (quite a contrast to the three to four I was killing every night when I took my dog out). I notified Farah that I had seen one live scorpion and, true to her word , she immediately arranged a follow up service. I am very grateful to Farah and Jamie for not only removing scorpions but the stress of living with scorpions. If you are searching for a pest control service where the owner is honorable and ethical and demands the same of her employees, I enthusiastically recommend Progressive's services.
