I adore TJ Maxx/HomeGoods, but this location has made me reevaluate my perception. We have been here on multiple locations (more so on the weekends) and always have been treated the same.
Being a weeknight, they weren't busy at all, and I get that it was an HOUR till closing, yet nobody even greeted us with a simple "hello" or see if we needed help (typical of this location). Customer service was SO horrible that even when an employee was in the same aisle, they would awkwardly make eye contact and hurry out. Are you guys trained not to provide customer service? Do you hate your job that much? Definitely won't return any time soon.
