  • I am updating my previous review of Elite. Once the owner say the negative feedback he reached out to see what he could do to improve the situation and make it right. He personally came out and completed the job and we now have a functioning dishwasher again. I hasten to give it five stars because I am not 100% confident with one of his employees who had created the initial situation. I am however very grateful for the efforts of the owner and his prompt reply once he was made aware of the public feedback. An absolute scam of a company. They have taken advantage of my in-laws. They didn't complete a job, left an appliance in worse condition than it was originally and now refuse to come out an finish the job even though they have already received compensation. There are so many good choices in the Valley, use a company that is reputable with licensed service people.
