  • I had an appt for me and my daughter for a wedding that she was in. When I made the appt they told me who would be my stylists however when we got there they changed one of them. I still was ok with it . No big deal. But my daughters stylist, Mason, didn't do anything close to what I had wanted her hair to look like. I showed him a pic just to give him an idea and I knew that it wouldn't look exactly like the pic , (I'm realistic)I was very disappointed because it was no effort at all. He had to do it 3 times and because my stylist knew that we were disappointed , she went ahead and asked him to re-do it . He did it and still bad. He didn't even make her hair curly like the play n go pics . Her curls look like there were 1 day old. I probably could have done a better job by just washing it and air drying it! My stylist was Jacqueline ( not the manager Jacqueline) she was very accommodating , not rushed, but I really wish she had more expertise in wing tip eye makeup . I liked how she curled my hair ( curl n go) . But my eye makeup looked too shaky and not professional. I guess It all depends on who is good with kids styles and who is really good with eye makeup and hoping that you will get that stylist.
