I have grown up at this stadium. My dad took me all the time as a kid so I have seen the transformation this park has under gone in the past twenty years. Back in the day when my dad used to take me, this park was called Jacob's Field. Since the name change to Progressive Field, a lot has changed inside the park as well. They recently added a section called 'The Corner' in right field, complete with a pour your own pint beer wall, local restaurant choices, and standing room only tickets (which also include a free beer!) This section is a great place if you are with a big group of friends as there are couches and fire pits to hang out around. They also put in a Kid's playground which is good for Sunday games (Sundays are 'kids days' at the park). Although I don't have kids I know many people who do and the kids have a blast there. They upgraded the scoreboards and it is now just 1 MASSIVE screen. It has to be at least twice the size of the old one. It makes it so easy to watch replays, the hot dog race, etc.
Prices can be a bit steep but that's expected in most ball parks.
If you are from Cleveland or just visiting, I would definitely recommend a visit here. The stadium is a great representation of where the city has been headed over the past few years.
