At first glance, it looks like upscale, quality dining in the United terminal of McCarran. Looks can be deceptive. Really, Burke is greasy, overpriced, and one of the few food choices without having to endure a long haul down another terminal walkway.
The margherita pizza was tasty, but tasty didn't come without being mega greasy. That pizza was the sole reason that I fell asleep on my noon flight after a night of 7 hours of slumber and an hourlong nap on my first connection.
