Remember Bobby McGee's? Well they changed with the times and now it's Bobby Q's. Crazy. Know what else? They've done it right!
The building has been renovated to anopen country feel. The patios are awesome with great water features. The seating is comfortable and the lighting is perfect with the setup. It's all. Well balanced.
We started with the Q rolls because all the reviews on here said we should. Yep. Yelpers are right. Tasty!
Let me take just a brief moment to tell you about Caleb our waiter. What a great guy! He gave us a run down of what's what with his cute helpful self. We came late, which can be a problem, and the service and staff were so friendly.
Ok back to it...
Next was the wedge salad and yummy. Caleb (the rockstar) split it without us even asking. the chunks of blue cheese and the crispness of the iceberg were awesome. You could hear the couch from the lettuce. The crispy onions on top were a bonus.
We went with the massive meat platter and three sides. The beef ribs were massive and not stringy at all. As Caleb told us, all meat is cooked 22 hours or something. The pork was shredded perfect with the right amount of BBQ sauce. The brisket, my favorite was sooo tender. Mmmm meat.
We had the corn, mac and cheese and beans. I tried them all and felt they were all a great "goes along with" but mostly ate meat.
What a great dinner out! Great food, ambiance, and amazing staff. Caleb thanks for being a great server and hope to have the pleasure of your service again.
