If there was a choice I would give them negative 5 stars for lack of customer service.
They still owe me close to $100 in credit for charges that they have failed to remove that were to be credited per the agreement. I spoke with my attorney and he recommended that I rip them on all fronts and ratings sites, as pursuing them legally would not be cost effective.
About the only thing I can say good about them is my Internet service is pretty good, everything else they are the turd in the punch bowl.
They need to empower their employees to solve problems, instead they only add insult to injury. May I wish that the fleas of a thousand camels infest in the armpits of their leadership teams.
